Gault&Millau's review2026
In an old inn where the fire crackles in the fireplace, time seems to have stood still around a serious, diligent cuisine; spices are present on every plate, giving character to the langoustine ravioli and its creamy shellfish bisque, while turmeric and cinnamon also awaken an overcooked cod back; the desserts are innovative, like the rice pudding lightly caramelized under a candied apple with blackcurrant and blackcurrant juice; the wine list is universal, despite a few out-of-print bottles. After more than twenty years behind the stoves of this fine establishment, the chef would do well to increase his creativity by drawing on his vegetable garden, to the delight of his guests.
