Chef's Restaurant After taking a photo of the famous "pissotière", installed as a tribute to Gabriel Chevallier's novel, we'll stop off at Delphine and Romain Barthe's contemporary-style restaurant. She's in charge of the dining room and the (very fine) cellar, while he's in charge of the stoves and offers a fine seasonal cuisine and products available in two "surprise" formulas that simply list the products of the moment. The two solid toques also go to the elegant desserts by Tamar Andjergholi, a young pastry chef of Armenian origin.
