Gault&Millau's review 2026

A true and proud village inn, whose probity and regularity we praise every year, as well as the talent of chef Mickael Montferrat, winner of the Tradition d'aujourd'hui 2022 trophy. The house is doing well, and every plate is cute, in the regional gourmet spirit: croustillant de grenouilles purée d'ail et jus de cresson, pot-au-feu de charolais en gelée et foie gras, veau de quinze heures, in the chef's very good €45 menu, which can be further embellished with a small supplement on entrecôte charolaise or ris de veau aux girolles. Good wine selection throughout Burgundy...
