Chef's Restaurant Sylvie and Mickael Montferrat, Maître-restaurateur and winner of the "Tradition d'aujourd'hui 2023" award, have everything you need for an enjoyable meal in the heart of the Brionnais, a region renowned for its high-quality livestock. In this beautiful stone room with blond parquet flooring, the plates are alluring, with, for example, the impeccable €31 Auberge menu: poultry liver terrine, frogs in parsley sauce, Charolais beef cooked overnight with yuzu juice, strawberries in gazpacho with lemon basil sorbet... Flawless service, cellar full of Mâconnais and Burgundy wines.
