A unique setting high above the Salat, with its exposed barn frame, where you can admire the kitchen and large fireplace, with country furniture perfectly in keeping with the theme. It's a place for bon vivants, with an equally warm ambience and hearty dishes: garbure, Catalan-style snails, mi-cuit of Plantaurel foie gras, spiced pork belly confit, grandmother-style free-range chicken, stuffed and roasted suckling pig from Monsieur Rigal, giant profiterole. Good service.
