A fixed, almost unchanging menu, a large terrace in the middle of the village, a purely local atmosphere: you're at Séraphin, in Peri, just fifteen minutes from the Ajaccio-Bastia motorway, in the "real Corsica". After charcuterie and tomato salad, the best zucchini flower fritters on the island, stuffing or cannelloni, leg of lamb, excellent cheeses and a good choice of desserts. It's important to take your time (you can spend up to three hours at the table), to savor this gentle, authentic atmosphere without disturbing the siesta of Marco, the in-house Bernese Mountain Dog. 58 €, no credit card, for a rare and memorable moment.
