Chef's Restaurant A Vosges mountain stopover, remarkable for its closeness to nature, its commitment and the quality of its welcome. You'll find yourself at "Chez Guth", with a sense of place that only mountain dwellers with deep roots in their region can achieve. The chef is Yannick Guth, Jeune Talent Gault&Millau in 2017, and he will delight you with a personal, modern cuisine that maintains a strong attachment to the terroir: the "salade rouge" is seasonal, with tomatoes, onions, watermelon and lavender, the pheasant in cromesquis bought from the mountains with parsley and mushrooms, the duck breast is served rosé with raspberries, peas and savory before a gourmet dessert of apricot, floating island and sage, in a balanced menu at €63 for two fine toques. Well-stocked Alsatian cellar.
