Esther and Thomas Limmacher's inn is a remarkable bridge between past and present, updating their parents' inn and linking almost fifty years of history in a generous experience. The €69 menu combines cultures, with octopus in carpaccio and also the beautiful mushroom plate, especially the pike-perch in pretzel crust, purée, leek and hollandaise, a lemon tart, herb sorbet. Formulas up to €89.
