A typical and regular restaurant on the wine route in the suburbs of Colmar. At Sydonie and Thierry Hohly's, appetite comes easily, and the welcome is inviting. The setting is traditional, whether in the dining room or the winstub, and the cuisine finds the right register by adding to the purely traditional dishes a few ideas of the moment: fricassee of scallops beurre blanc with hazelnuts risotto lime, quasi veal in a crust of fresh herbs, port jus and garnish, are added to presskopf, bouchée à la reine and sauerkraut.
