Frédéric Laville and his wife Nathalie run this pretty, rustic inn in earthenware country, with menus based on seasonal produce and the chef's ingenuity. Duck fillet with orchard fruits, scallops and Guéméné andouille sausage, halibut fillet with black rice and almond milk. The regional menu includes frogs and Bresse poultry, of course, but you can also opt for the trilogy menu, featuring three surprise dishes chosen and created by the chef. The trilogy also includes fruit and chocolate desserts. Friendly service.
