Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful contemporary 3* hotel north of Lons-le-Saunier, run by Élodie and Christophe Bassard, serving an updated Jura experience. The clean-lined house maintains the same spirit at table, with well-executed seasonal menus. These include white and green asparagus with Morteau sausage, curry and yellow wine mayonnaise, roasted hazelnuts and sucrine, Bresse poultry, crêpe vonnassienne morteau comté, morel mushroom and yellow wine sauce, crème brûlée with griottines de Fougerolles, soufflé with macvin ice cream and pistachio tuile. A varied cellar of recognized labels (domaine Baud, Olivier Leflaive, Oratoire Saint-Martin, château Talbot, Lionel Osmin, Face B, domaine du Pas de l'Escalette...).
