Just as we don’t eat Flemish beef stew every day in Lille, people in Colmar don’t eat nothing but sauerkraut! Sometimes we like to mix things up, and this Japanese restaurant promises a healthy dose of exotic flair, with traditional recipes that are excellent in every way— hot and cold udon and soba—served with shrimp and scrambled eggs, with raw egg, or coated in tempura batter—as well as edamame appetizers, fried tofu, gyozas, skewers, and even sashimi. Good service.
