Chef's Restaurant The corner is rather discreet, a little far from the city center. But it's a must, a chic brasserie with solid early 20th-century woodwork, impeccable service and inspired marine cuisine. Chef Christophe Cosme takes us on a journey along the Loire to the estuary, drawing on his twenty-five years of experience and a well-guided taste for both new interpretations and more contemporary creations. The menu is extremely flexible, ranging from €29 to €75, and includes scallops in a cappuccino of pumpkin with gingerbread, honey cream and curry, pike-perch stuffed with chestnuts, braised cabbage with seasonal vegetables and cream of Jerusalem artichoke confit, and a tatin-style apple crumble on Breton shortbread with semi-salted butter and island vanilla ice cream. Good Loire cellar.
