Maud and Philippe Meyer create cuisine in a pleasant setting and elegant atmosphere. The chef's menu is always well thought-out, from personal compositions combining local produce and ideas to contemporary dishes: duck foie gras and cecina de Leon with fig chutney and banyuls jelly, pike-perch frog ravioli with sauerkraut and potato acras, pork tenderloin with bacon, black pudding cromesquis with organic parsnips and kaesknepfle...
