Gault&Millau's review2026
On the banks of the Garonne, in a typically Toulousian colonial-style building with red bricks, the interior and dining rooms were renovated and modernized in 2024, and the view, from the dining room or from the terrace in summer over the Garonne, is always pleasant. The four-course discovery formula at €59 shows off chef Ugo Plazzotta's generosity with the mackerel fillet, eggplant caviar and well-controlled cooking, as well as the pork pluma with quince compote and full-bodied jus, which is less balanced but pleasant. Dessert in the same vein: golden milk, dark chocolate cream and ginger cake with a pleasant blend of curry and cardamom. Smiling, professional service and a varied wine list.
