Besançon's oldest restaurant is still there, having stood on a downtown street since 1870. Today, the restaurant is under its fourth owner, keeping the legacy alive. Here, you'll discover consensual, well-presented bistro cuisine: duck confit, rabbit leg with Meaux mustard, crozet gratin with morbier cheese and Morteau sausage, praline tart. Friendly service.
