Gourmet Restaurant In the purest décor of an old butcher's shop, with period tiles and woodwork, a friendly bistro where you can rediscover a little of the gentleness and simplicity of the South. Good products, a friendly atmosphere, good tricks of the trade. There's no showboating here, just seriousness on the plate and a smile in the glass, with black pudding croquettes, veal steak with anchovy sauce, blanquette sauce and spring vegetables (peas, asparagus), and strawberries with farm yoghurt and rhubarb condiment. Nice selection by the glass, around €7.
