Gourmet Restaurant It's a fine traditional business with a long-standing reputation near the station. Florent Martin preaches the good word of Loire fish. Catfish is at its best, with Mouliherne snails, langoustine broth, Chinese noodles and vegetable wok, as well as Rivarennes pears and Tours prunes, hypocras reduction. The atmosphere is both modern and family-friendly, the regulars are numerous, and this year's plate left us with a slight impression of purr-fectness, particularly on the side dishes. The wine list focuses exclusively on the Loire Valley, from Anjou to Sancerrois, not forgetting Touraine.
