A pleasant outing in the countryside on the banks of the Canal du Midi, in a shady, leafy setting. You'll be more interested in the simplicity of the menus than in the culinary feats, although the menu does offer a few good values, albeit at a higher price: salmon confit with over-salted lemon, sliced poultry with quinoa, creamy like risotto, a pleasant and more controlled dish, honest Grand Marnier soufflé. Relaxed, well-assured service, a wine cellar with an interest in all vineyards.
