Right on the lake, the view from the terrace is a delight. The house offers traditional French cuisine, accompanied by more contemporary ideas that are regularly renewed. These include quail in escabeche with a tartar of fresh and dried tomatoes with green olives, pan-seared red mullet fillets, vermicelli and cuttlefish simmered in a fumet with basil emulsion, sweetbread fricassee with mushroom risotto, vegetables and hearty jus. Fair prices.
