A village staple on the main square, where loyal customers come with their eyes closed and their trust always renewed. The menu is simple and effective, with traditional dishes revisited: fish tartare, dill, lime and beet, a wok of monkfish, curry-coconut and Thai vegetables, quail fillets and pea mousseline, pepper sabayon, a wonderful chocolate peanut.
