The desires are as much those of the customer as those of the chef: this good principle being established, we appreciate the meticulous craftsmanship in these plates marked by Asian cuisine with Chinese and Japanese influences: rice cake with pork marinated in soy sauce, shrimp cigars with Thai basil, crispy fish with lemon, duck lacquered with honey and hoisin sauce... Inventive desserts (nougat glazed with cranberries and red fruit coulis...) in a 41 € menu that's always interesting.
