Just around the corner from Place du Château, a modern bistro-style restaurant where local, seasonal produce is given pride of place on the current menu: sea bream in escabeche, mimosa asparagus and speck, roast pollack with beurre blanc, braised pig with polenta. Simplicity and naturalness prevail, including in the welcome, all frankness and smiles. Finish with poached pears with almond sabayon or French toast with vanilla and orange blossom cream.
