Gourmet Restaurant Set in the heart of the Bauges mountains, the view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, and when accompanied by the food, the experience is all the better. The dishes on offer are in the regional tradition and of good quality: pan-seared duck foie gras, black cherries and Mondeuse d'Arbin, fillet of scorpion fish on the skin, fennel, seaweed cream and chorizo, duckling aiguillettes with peaches, mashed sweet potatoes with vanilla... Well-structured formulas.
