In the Fourqueux district of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, the Willy Bois restaurant, named after the original name of the village, is a fine neighborhood address that brings people together around a well-established bistro plate. The menu offers something for everyone: mackerel rillettes with white wine, spider pork with hazelnut butter and herbed oyster mushrooms, pickled chanterelles, cod with seasonal vegetables and fish stock, entrecôte with hazelnut butter, potatoes and mushrooms, cointreau soufflé. A convivial atmosphere.
