A safe and pleasant stopover in the Richelieu stronghold, with Audrey and Laurent at the helm, under the Maître-Restaurateur label. A traditional cuisine that makes full use of the region's riches: Beauvoir oysters, haddock cod cassolette with organic snails, roast duck breast with chicory and chestnut reduced juice, apple tart with cocoa and cinnamon puff pastry and hazelnut chocolate ice cream. Menu-card at €32, classic cellar with regional favourites (Chabirand, Mourat...).
