With a brasserie-winstub menu that smacks of happy Alsace, Cathy and Bertrand Roth's house is moving in the right direction: presskopf, salads, beef with salt, bouchée à la reine, salmon with sorrel sauce... The weekly menu completes the list with quiche or pot-au-feu on Wednesdays, blanquette de veau on Thursdays... An exemplary welcome.
