Just a few minutes from Agen, this charming 3-star inn is a great place to stay in the region, thanks to its lovely rooms, the elegance of this 19th-century bourgeois mansion, and, last but not least, Frédéric Joly’s traditionally inspired cuisine. The menu is a safe bet, featuring comforting dishes such as pan-seared razor clams with parsley and garlic, conchiglioni with duck confit, a creamy mushroom sauce, croutons, and hazelnuts, and a chicken supreme, old-fashioned mustard sauce, creamy polenta, and caramelized shallots, and a lemon meringue tartlet.
