Gourmet Restaurant It's a beautiful XIXᵉ century bourgeois residence, surrounded by wooded parkland and featuring a dovecote. The address, five minutes west of Agen, offers a fine 3* hotel stage, and a market table with a good price-pleasure ratio. Frédéric Joly's dishes include a homemade terrine with Espelette chilli, roast salmon pavé with teriyaki and sesame, squid ink pasta, pork loin with green lentils, vegetables and caramelized sauce, and a strawberry-rhubarb crumble.
