A beautiful regional ensemble, with half-timbering, typical decor and the comfort of a hotel-spa. Over almost a century, the Zinck family has considerably embellished and developed the house, and the table has followed suit, with bourgeois surroundings and traditional cuisine prepared by Michel Zinck, with meticulous dressings: terrine of rabbit and foie gras, trout with Riesling, veal kidneys with mustard, chestnut tartlet, in a "Seasonal delights" menu that also plays on nostalgia with the Nandron-style pike quenelle.
