An elegant bourgeois restaurant between Mulhouse and Belfort, where Patrick Schlienger has been delighting diners for almost 35 years. A solid, varied cuisine that likes to play with themes (a Truffle menu in season, an "Ocean Buffet", bouillabaisse...) demonstrating the breadth of his culinary know-how, and plates under control that confirm his toque.
