Gourmet Restaurant Opposite the collegiate church of Notre-Dame-de-Vaulx, Philippe Kerman runs a fine gourmet restaurant with an elegant contemporary decor, ideal for business meals and special occasions. In this hushed, somewhat bourgeois atmosphere, the chef's refined, traditional ways showcase fine French cuisine, with the attention to detail for which he is renowned. On the menu: tomato gazpacho, vegetable tartar and mozzarella with basil oil, pan-fried hake steak, creamy mussels and zucchinis, pan-fried potatoes with curry parsley, lacquered duckling fillet, pan-fried melon, spiced polenta fries, warm lemon and raspberry soufflé. The restaurant was completely renovated in 2022.
