Gourmet Restaurant A classic Parisian bistro in the Marais, with a touch of mischief and fashion, featuring organic eggs en meurette, keeping its speciality of bœuf bourguignon with lardons and mushrooms, while adding to the menu the "burger du Bourguignon", the red tuna and prawn skewer, and the poke bowl with marinated red tuna.
