Gault&Millau's review2025
Bistro at lunchtime, gastro by reservation in the evening, this regional eatery feels good, and its loyal regulars do it proud. A welcome form of simplicity, particularly evident at lunchtime, with a menu featuring a wide choice of dishes: snails and duck gizzards confit au gratin with Montpellier butter, farmhouse pork belly lacquered with arabica and rhubarb, topped with fries in duck fat, and an essential croustade for dessert. Quite a comprehensive generalist cellar, takeaway.
