Chef's Restaurant Great value for money in a traditional atmosphere at Aurélie and Gaétan's. The young chef has made great strides over the years to secure these two fine toques, and his mastery is visible in both the classics and the more personally inspired dishes: roasted langoustines with carapace emulsion, cod with oysters and zucchinis, sweetbreads with shallots and lettuce celtuce... Good menus, depending on the number of courses, from €42 to €70.
