Just a few minutes from Bagnoles, Gaëtan and Aurélie are doing a world of good for the local region and its cuisine, resisting trends and shortcuts while showcasing local produce and traditional regional recipes. Right on the village square, the restaurant is hard to miss—a charming house with a contemporary interior, where you can count on an authentic seasonal menu for €32. The menu features duck terrine, pollock with zucchini and basil, hand-carved beef with fresh tomme cheese, and a plum and sorrel crumble. The service is very pleasant.
