Selected Set in the middle of the woods, this is the epitome of Franche-Comté, combining views and the pleasures of the wilderness with gourmet dishes typical of the region. The formula is effective, and explains why so many come here to enjoy, in complete complicity, the woodland mushroom and morel puff pastry, rainbow trout fillets with fine herbs, veal kidney marmite flambéed in Armagnac, chicken supreme with yellow wine and fragrant morels.
