Good products, a solid and straightforward table that doesn't forget a certain refinement, here's a pretty and well-kept Alsace with a cuisine full of good ideas and without disappointment: duo of foie gras, carpaccio of scallops and lamb confit with seaweed, filet mignon of milk-fed veal with spinach and foie gras strasbourgeoise.
