Chef's Restaurant In northern Alsace, this beautiful village house is now run by Cédric Rott and his wife Allison, serving contemporary, seasonal cuisine. The well-traveled chef draws inspiration from his background and new fashions to create his menu, which includes roasted artichoke, coffee hollandaise, vegetable velvet, cod fillet confit in olive oil, bell pepper cream and tarragon condiment, duck breast, eggplant caviar and raspberries, and peach-apricot soufflé, fromage blanc sorbet. Menu from €38 to €98.
