Remarkable Restaurant Facing Mont Revard and the mountains of the Belledonne range, the atmosphere is perfect. On the terrace, you'll have a front-row seat to admire the last rays of sunshine on this bucolic landscape. After a friendly but unadorned mountain welcome, let's get down to business, and Delphine's wines. The right, sincere pairings and opportunities to treat yourself at the right price. You'll be able to choose between two formulas: the 6-course Alps menu at €120, and two additional stages to tackle the Grandes Alpes menu at €145. The plates are beautifully direct compositions, and the cuisine very well written. A pike cookie is served with a gourmet pike roe sauce, a lavaret du lac with chickpeas in walnut oil and caraway. And if you like generous meats accompanied by juices, you'll love this Dombes duck from the Miéral house with summer cabbage and a few juniper berries adding a welcome touch of bitterness. The desserts aren't incredibly technical, but you'll enjoy fresh, low-sugar compositions. The Tremblay peaches are poached with hints of verbena. And the chocolate is served in a bread crust with sorrel... plants, again and again, are the compass of chef Alain Perillat, whose innkeeper's soul shines through every second on the plate and in the dining room.
