This house has a history, and Ludovic Nardozza is committed to keeping it alive. Twenty minutes from Grenoble, the pure air of the Vercors surrounds the walker and the healthy eater, and the chef continues the fine lineage of Jérôme Faure and Guillaume Monjuré, with a modern, sparkling menu, noble products and seasonal harvests: foie gras en feuille de figuier figues et piment doux, omble chevalier Murgat confit cèpes dattes et oseille sauvage, lotte à la citronnelle blettes amandes de mer marinière au curry vert... Imaginative desserts (prune confit au shiso glace pain grille et thé glacé), an eclectic cellar that leaves no region untouched.
