A Quimper institution! Over the past twenty years, Asia has built up a well-deserved reputation in the heart of Finistère. This Asian restaurant serves 100% homemade Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, using fresh ingredients. Antoine Nguyen represents the third generation of restaurateurs. Together with his wife, Agnès, they concoct and serve family recipes, such as the Vietnamese-style beef stew served by Antoine's grandmother in Saigon (beef, lemongrass, ginger and rice noodles), or frog legs with salt and pepper. The restaurant has a 40-seat dining room, a large terrace in the backyard and four other rooms that can be privatized free of charge for groups of 8 to 20 people, with karaoke available. Lunch is priced at 16 euros. Original desserts include wasabi ice cream, apple-caramel nems, Quimper-Saïgon (manioc cake with a scoop of salted butter caramel ice cream)... And of course, Asia also offers takeaway recipes.
