A handful of sandy beaches from Belgium, this allusion to the chic cousins of Boulonnaise is also a call to the open sea, to well-treated fish, as in this panaché with vegetable spaghetti and purée, and also to the region, with Radinghem snails with garlic chive cream, scallops with pumpkin mousseline or veal pavé with foie gras vitelotte purée. A professional welcome, a well-maintained and regular table.
