Gourmet Restaurant After several weeks of renovation, Café Arsène has given way to Arsëne, a more modern version of the previous bistro, while retaining the restaurant's magnificent stained-glass windows. The decor is unadorned, as is the menu, while the color is provided by the chef's dishes. The €29 lunch menu offers a fine selection of modern cuisine, starting with a declination of Brussels sprout textures, yuzu kosho mayonnaise and celery cream, or this fine marine proposal with skrei cod, warm rose vinaigrette, beet and buckwheat. Dessert of the right standard, coconut mousse, lemon almond pineapple, served a little sparingly, a secret cellar to which the sommelier holds the keys.
