Gault&Millau's review2026
In this lively, typically local neighborhood with its village atmosphere, Arsène creates a lively atmosphere, with increasingly elaborate and interesting cuisine. At lunchtime, the products are simple, but the dishes are sophisticated. In the evening, the two six- or seven-course sequences (€59 and €69) are more ambitious: potimarron with pomegranate pollen sauce and pumpkin seed praline, scallop ravioli with chanterelles and parmesan, cuttlefish with xo black garlic sauce and smoked vinaigrette, venison with horseradish and bay leaf fermented cabbage juice... Ideas and enthusiasm right through to the desserts, with the creamy passion kiwi lemon coconut ice cream. Interesting wine cellar, young service in good form.
