Gault&Millau's review2025
This traditional house is as pleasant as ever. The dining room received a nice facelift during the confinement, making it almost more pleasant than the veranda, which remains classic yet welcoming. The cuisine, wise and virtuous, always fluctuates between 1 and 2 toques, with some very good points, such as the pavé of trout, marinated and gently candied at 40°C, placed on a cucumber jelly and topped with a zucchini flower, the maigre, with its pig's trotter galette, or the good dessert, crunchy sugared almonds, almond cream perfumed with amaretto, declension of peaches. Good choice of regional wines.
