Chef's Restaurant The Armani Ristorante, a gourmet restaurant, raises the bar a little further with its work on noble products, presenting Italian cuisine in an even more luxurious version than that of Emporio Armani Caffè. Technique is just as much at the forefront, for a successful experience on the other side of the Alps. The menu includes Giarratana sweet onion with Bronte pistachio, Marsala wine raisin, biancoperla polenta and aged balsamic vinegar, asparagus risotto, just-seared scallops and Lombardy white sturgeon caviar, fillet of sole in a potato crust, artichoke caponata with honey vinegar, and a Sicilian cassata with sweet buffalo ricotta, meringue crunch, almond cookie with bay leaf liqueur, candied orange and Bronte pistachio sorbet. Fine Italian cellar. Tasting menu at €160.
