Blonde stone and arcades form the refined, elegant setting of this well-kept restaurant, whose contemporary, precise cuisine matches its promise. A few daring twists, some superfluous, others welcome, color this relatively ambitious menu: chicken sashimi with eggplant caviar, chili pepper, zucchini pickles and raspberry gel, ballottine of pork filet mignon with miso, candied spring onions and shimeji pickles, braised leek in glazed shiitake nori leaf, walnut moelleux with miso salted butter caramel jivara ganache in a good, thorough lunch menu for €28. Another menu-card at €31 in the evening.
