Gourmet Restaurant Settled in Toulon after Hurricane Irma, Clémence and Rémy have escaped bad news to bring us good, with their charming table du Mourillon. This elegant bistro offers fresh seasonal cuisine, combining influences with a certain creativity. The menu is frequently renewed, with dishes such as raw marinated swordfish sashimi, crispy rice and homemade mayonnaise with black garlic and miso; roasted turbot fillet, virgin sauce with taggiasche olives, creamy polenta with chives and seasonal vegetables; dark chocolate and tonka bean mousse, cocoa and almond crumble, zéphyr chocolate crumble. Imaginative cellar (Bouchard, Combier, Pilon, Ray Jane etc.).
