Sponsored In a contemporary, uncluttered setting, this restaurant near the waterfront offers modernized, mastered French cuisine. "The vectors of modernity are to be found in the décor and in a cuisine revisited with touches inspired by my travels", explains Chef Toumy, who has had a distinguished career at renowned gastronomic addresses, both in Paris and abroad. The menu is short and seasonal, but two signature dishes are available year-round: selected sweetbreads and a piece of mature meat to share, cooked over embers. The couple's philosophy is also reflected in the relationships they have forged with their suppliers, including winemakers and their butcher. "These encounters give even more meaning to our profession, as we share their history and know-how with gourmets," explains Chloé, who boasts a prestigious CV in the hotel and restaurant business, and who always welcomes and advises you with a smile.
