On the village square, Andrea and Julie Martin's address is a friendly family-run restaurant, where the couple champion contemporary market cuisine. A hint of Italian influence rounds out the French dining experience, while respecting the principle of seasonality. The menu features creamy pasta with lobster, lobster sauce and peppers; marinated salmon tataki, sushi rice, ponzu sauce, Asian mayonnaise and daikon pickles; roast poultry, potato purée, full-bodied veal jus, mushrooms and gremolata sauce; and a dessert of semi-cooked red fruit, balsamic, ricotta-mascarpone cream and vanilla-lemon crumble.
