Gault&Millau's review 2026

One of last year's discoveries was this new restaurant from Kevin Bougard, whom we had met at Odorico. The place is welcoming, well placed in the Beaurepaire district, and we like to make it our daily routine with the €30 lunch menu: oeufs meurette angevin rillauds jus vin rouge, pike-perch creamy parsnip beurre blanc, persimmon pear brioche and spiced ice cream... On Friday evenings, a unique five-course menu at €60.
