Gault&Millau's review 2026

After a good debate in the hemicycle or a game of chess in the Jardin du Luxembourg, Cristina and Pierre Chomet propose a four-handed escapade between Brittany and Venezuela, with a stopover in Thailand. A personal and playful hidden menu, from €95 to €135 depending on the number of courses. Original dishes reflect their journey, with langoustine with tom kha kai accents, monkfish spiced up with mole and jalapeños, veal confit with tamarind, and street-food winks with Chiang Mai galette-saucisse and Venezuelan arepa. A cuisine still in search of balance at times, but always marked by a true signature. A warm atmosphere, attentive service and a well-constructed cellar.
