It's a little corner of Brittany between Sorgues and Avignon, where you can escape from your Provencal habits for a meal! The place is modern, welcoming and family-friendly, offering local classics: buckwheat galettes, of course, complete with andouille de Guéméné and onion confit in cider, black pudding and apples in salted caramel, reblochon and smoked bacon, onion confit... Then there are traditional recipes: gambas flambéed in Breton pastis, cassolette of flambéed scallops and creamy leek fondue, a black pudding with apples. We finish with crêpes, a classic and a house specialty.
